Customer Returns

RHCT offers and requires each RHCT Distributor to offer a 100% unconditional 30-day money back guarantee to all retail customers. Every RHCT Distributor is required to honor this guarantee. If your retail customer is dissatisfied with a RHCT product for any reason, the customer may return the product to you; or to the company if the customer purchased directly from RHCT within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns on sales made by you, the Distributor, direct to the customer should be refunded by you. RHCT will replace the returned product to you if, within 30 days after the product is returned to you, RHCT S receives the following: a) A signed Customer Request for Refund form with a statement from the retail customer identifying the reasons for return; b) A copy of the original signed Retail Customer Sales Receipt form; and c) The unused portion of the product including cans. RHCT requires this documentation to be completed and submitted with the unused product before processing a replacement to Distributors on customer returns. RHCT will not refund the purchase price to any RHCT Distributor on customer returns. Returns on sales made through RHCT direct to your customer will be refunded directly to the customer. This refund will include the original purchase price plus any applicable taxes and will be processed after RHCT receives the unused portion of the product.



Return & Refund Policy

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you buy from us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order within 07 days of receipt of the product for a full refund of the paid price. Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product. Please note, pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through courier service and courier charges will be borne by you only. If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one amount will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days.



Quality of Product

RHCT will replace any product within 60 days of purchase for reasons of substandard quality. Prior written request to the RHCT home office is required before any exchange will be made. The following procedures must be completed before a refund or replacement will be issued:
a) A written replacement request must be submitted, stating the reason for the request and accompanied by proof of payment and a copy of the Purchase Order form or packing slip. Product returned without prior authorization will be returned to the Distributor.
b) RHCT will instruct you where to ship the product for inspection. Upon receipt and verification of the product, RHCT will send a replacement.



Replacement Policy

If you have wrongly placed an order of different product, we will exchange the same as per your requirement & send you the product upon the receipt of wrong placed order.
Within how many days merchant will reviewed the damaged product received from customer and when merchant will be delivered the replacement of product: Merchant will review the damaged product within 7 days from the date of receipt of damaged product and will dispatch the replacement product after reviewing the damaged product.



Cancellation Policy

Once your order is shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. However, you can opt to return it to us after receiving it. We will refund the full amount after deducting courier charges to your account upon the receipt of the parcel within 3 working days via same source.



Delivery / Shipping Policy

The company will dispatch the ordered product within 48 hours from the date of receipt of order through courier/speed post to be delivered to the customer within 7 to 15 working days.
